You will learn to take synchronized breaths while still maintaining a posture that allows for continuous flow. Vinyasa Yoga is consistent with dance-like movements that increase stamina, flexibility, strength and will vastly improve your health.

The literal translation of the word Vinyasa is place in a certain way. It refers to a certain sequence of poses that are performed in a particular order.
