ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Circuit Training opens the full entirety of the gym at your fingertips. Circuit training provides you with the opportunity to maximize your workout without having to spend hours at the gym. ONYX class instructors will have your body constantly moving and doing a variety of exercises while keeping you mentally in-tune during your workout.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Circuit City class will have you moving through various equipment to tone the body and get your heart rate pumping. Multiple exercises per station, each exercise lasts 60 seconds with a short rest in between.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Core & Booty Group Class has been created for participants who would like to sculpt their core & booty into amazing shape. It is also designed to provide a total-body workout and focused on key muscle groups.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Vinyasa Flow Yoga is one of the most popular yoga styles in the entire United States. Vinyasa is made up of poses that follow each other in sequence. You will learn to take synchronized breaths while still maintaining a posture that allows for continuous flow. Vinyasa Yoga is consistent with dance-like movements that increase stamina, flexibility, strength and will vastly improve your health.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Yoga for Athletes applies emphasis on form, focus & breathing techniques which in turn make you a superior athlete. Yoga for Athletes increases mental acuity and is culminated with physical training. All of which translates into increased sport-specific athletic gains for what you enjoy doing the most.
ONYX Health Club 24/7 offers Gentle Yoga which focuses on stretching your body and relaxing your spirit. Even though this is “Gentle” Yoga, there’s a good chance that you will still break a sweat and become tired. The primary focus of this specific yoga is to achieve an experience that isn’t strenuous on your body. This is done by light stretching and movements that are made in a slow methodical manner.
