ONYX Health Club 24/7 offers a combined class that incorporates Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga, hence the name Vin Yin Yoga. ONYX group class instructors will typically take you through the Vinyasa curriculum in the beginning and end you with Yin Yoga in the end.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s H.I.I.T (high-intensity interval training) Express Class will have your metabolism jacked and have you well on your way to getting in shape – FAST! H.I.I.T focuses your exercise in intense bursts, followed by short and active recovery periods. Your heart rate will be elevated and you’ll be burning fat throughout the entire group class.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Holy H.I.I.T class is a full-body cardio and toning workout using various weights and techniques to gain strength through the whole body. This high-intensity interval workout will allow you to push yourself to the max for 60 seconds before you move to the next workout technique. Every workout is different, keeping your body guessing!
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s KettleBell Power Group Class you will be swinging your way into a toned up and strengthened body. Our class typically runs anywhere from 30-60 minutes and will teach you how to use kettlebell techniques and work your muscles in the appropriate manner. This will increase your fat burning and jack your metabolism through the roof!
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s TRX Fusion Class with Andy focuses on increasing your muscular endurance while building core strength and improving your flexibility. TRX Fusion introduces you to a new, fun and interactive way to workout.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Circuit Training opens the full entirety of the gym at your fingertips. Circuit training provides you with the opportunity to maximize your workout without having to spend hours at the gym. ONYX class instructors will have your body constantly moving and doing a variety of exercises while keeping you mentally in-tune during your workout.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Circuit City class will have you moving through various equipment to tone the body and get your heart rate pumping. Multiple exercises per station, each exercise lasts 60 seconds with a short rest in between.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Pump it UP! class is run by former Cavalier Girl, Rachel Hunka. Her amazing new cardio dance class brings you low impact aerobics and a ton of non-stop high energy beats. When you’re done with Pump it UP! you will feel totally pumped and ready for more.
ONYX Health Club 24/7’s ONYX-Camp is a full-body workout that will build strength through various techniques, including interval training and strength training. This 60-minute workout will enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness.
