ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Holy H.I.I.T class is a full-body cardio and toning workout using various weights and techniques to gain strength through the whole body. This high-intensity interval workout will allow you to push yourself to the max for 60 seconds before you move to the next workout technique. Every workout is different, keeping your body guessing!

With ONYX’s H.I.I.T (high-intensity interval training) class you’ll be going through quick, intense bursts of motion which will be followed by brief recovery periods. Your heart will be racing and lungs yearning for air the entire time. The class also never stays the same, it’s always changed up, to keep things interesting. This class will have you burning extreme fat!
