ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Circuit Training opens the full entirety of the gym at your fingertips. Circuit training provides you with the opportunity to maximize your workout without having to spend hours at the gym. ONYX class instructors will have your body constantly moving and doing a variety of exercises while keeping you mentally in-tune during your workout.
Circuit Training Group Class features a balance of both cardio and strength exercises while incorporating elements of H.I.I.T (high-intensity interval training) that will have your heart rate elevated and burning tons of calories.
You won’t just have a leg workout, but you’ll be getting a full-body workout – from top to bottom. On average ONYX has anywhere from 6-12 stations per circuit training class and each class is different from the last so you’ll never get bored or stuck in the same routine!
