ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Circuit City class will have you moving through various equipment to tone the body and get your heart rate pumping. Multiple exercises per station, each exercise lasts 60 seconds with a short rest in between.
Involves multiple stations and a variety of equipment. Focuses on the upper body, lower body & core with little to no rest between stations. Circuit City is a fast-paced class in which you will do multiple exercises in bursts and then move on to another station or exercise.
