You will have a group experience like no other with our Strong by Zumba class. We utilize synced music to each of your movements and craft each class to match your every move.

Cycle with Andy class

CYCLE WITH ANDY

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Cycle with Andy class is a high-intensity stationary bike workout that will get your heart pumping and legs burning. Cycling with Andy (also known as spinning) is highly organized and will focus primarily on endurance, strength, high intensity, intervals, and recovery.

Kangoo Jumps class

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Kangoo Jumps class is a high-intensity, low impact cardio rebounding class utilizing special boots that absorb impact and strengthen and tone your entire body while reducing the likelihood of joint damage.

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s ONYX-Camp is a full-body workout that will build strength through various techniques, including interval training and strength training. This 60-minute workout will enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness.

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Pump it UP! class is run by former Cavalier Girl, Rachel Hunka.  Her amazing new cardio dance class brings you low impact aerobics and a ton of non-stop high energy beats.  When you’re done with Pump it UP! you will feel totally pumped and ready for more.

CIRCUIT CITY

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Circuit City class will have you moving through various equipment to tone the body and get your heart rate pumping. Multiple exercises per station, each exercise lasts 60 seconds with a short rest in between.

Circuit training provides you with the opportunity to maximize your workout without having to spend hours at the gym.  ONYX class instructors will have your body constantly moving and doing a variety of exercises while keeping you mentally in-tune during your workout.

Lifting Kettlebell in Gym

KETTLEBELL POWER

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s KettleBell Power Group Class you will be swinging your way into a toned up and strengthened body.  Our class typically runs anywhere from 30-60 minutes and will teach you how to use kettlebell techniques and work your muscles in the appropriate manner.  This will increase your fat burning and jack your metabolism through the roof!

Holy H.I.I.T class

HOLY H.I.I.T

ONYX Health Club 24/7’s Holy H.I.I.T class is a full-body cardio and toning workout using various weights and techniques to gain strength through the whole body. This high-intensity interval workout will allow you to push yourself to the max for 60 seconds before you move to the next workout technique. Every workout is different, keeping your body guessing!
