That’s right, Ohio residents! ONYX gyms and health clubs will be back on track from the 26th of May! As we all know, the current Coronavirus pandemic has caused a lot of deaths, and the virus is known to be highly contagious. As a safety measure, a lockdown has been imposed, which has forced everyone to get stuck inside all day long, and definitely, some have become couch potatoes. Well, we’re pleased to announce to you that Governor Mike DeWine has given us the permission to resume activities in our gym here in Ohio from the 26th of May while still taking safety measures, just so that you’ll be able to get back to your fit and healthy routine! In case you’ve gotten used to being much of a couch potato though, here’s a reminder of some of the important reasons why you should endeavor to work out and exercise.
